Breakfast at Nic’s

Tofu Soyrizo is quick and easy…

Here is what you will need:

firm tofu

soyrizo

whole grain tortillas (not pictured)

place tofu and rizo in non stick large skillet

add 1 cup water and mix ( I don’t add any additional seasoning because rizo is really seasoned)

add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

 

it should be ready in 30 minutes

place on tortilla and enjoy.
