Spicy Asian Vegan Pork Sandwich

Here is what you’ll need:

1-vegetarian plus vegan citrus sparerid cutlets

1-whole wheat baguette

1-2 carrots ( I love carrots, I used 2)

1-small avocado

wasabi (optional)

set oven  to 350 degrees

add sparerib cutlets to pyrex dish and add 1/2 cup of water (sparerib cutlets should be ready in 20 mins)

place pyrex dish  in oven

place baguette in oven for 5 mins ( just to warm)

use a potato peeler to remove the outer peeling from carrots then shred using a grater-set aside

slice avocado in thin slices- set aside

remove cutlets from oven

fill baguette with sparerib cutlets, carrots, avocado ( I eat my left over carrots and avocado on the side… It won’t all fit in your baguette).

12′ baguette can be eaten twice. I cut it in halves and eat the other half later.

*if you do not like wasabi, do not place it on your sandwich. I like it, that’s why I use it. It is HOT!
