Vegan Home-Made Yogurt

What you will need:

1-2 cups silk almond milk

agave nectar (optional)

blackberries

1 container -nasoya silken tofu

strawberries (remove green stems)

blueberries

 

add silken tofu and berries to blender

add 1/2 cup of almond milk to blender-blend on high

if yogurt is too thick then add another 1/2 cup of milk. (I sometimes like it  thick and sometimes like it thin. The most milk that you will is 2 cups)

I don’t use sweetener at all (I sweeten with fruits), but if you’re not into it the way it is with just berries, add agave nectar or raw honey to your liking. I use agave when I need something sweet, but I leave it out of yogurt.
