Vegan Tacos

Here is what you’ll need:

tofurky ground soy

tomato

lettuce

ortega taco shells

taco seasoning (I chose taco bell’s because it does not have milk or eggs…not sure why so many other brands have milk and eggs?)

optional (whole grain tortillas if you prefer soft tacos)

add tofurky to nonstick pot with 1 cup of water

let cook for 15 mins then add taco seasoning and let cook for another 15 mins.

place taco shells in oven on 350 degree and let toast 5 mins.

place tofurky in taco shell and add tomato and lettuce

top with nutritional yeast.

*you can also do a taco salad. That is what I ended up doing :-)
